AppCenn offers self-paced learning modules, instructor-led training, digital templates, consultation services, and customized learning journeys tailored to business needs. All services are provided through our online platform or through partner collaboration tools, depending on your selected plan.

3. User Eligibility:

Individual learners must be legally capable of entering into contracts. Corporate representatives must have official authorization to enroll on behalf of their organization.

4. Account and Access:

Each account is intended for a single user unless otherwise agreed under a B2B license. We reserve the right to audit and suspend accounts suspected of misuse or sharing credentials.

5. Pricing and Payments:

All transactions are secured using compliant payment gateways. We reserve the right to change pricing, course access models, or subscription features with prior notice.

6. License and Usage:

Access to course materials is granted for a limited duration (typically 12 months unless otherwise mentioned). Corporate licenses are governed by specific contracts or SLAs.

7. Intellectual Property:

All videos, presentations, assessments, and documents are proprietary to AppCenn. Use of our content outside of the purchased context is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability:

AppCenn is not liable for any data loss, interrupted services, or device incompatibility. Learners are responsible for ensuring internet and device readiness.

9. Termination:

We may terminate or suspend access without notice if these Terms are violated. In such cases, refunds will not be issued.

10. Governing Law:

These Terms shall be governed by Indian law. Any disputes shall be subject to courts in Delhi, India.
