Refund Policy

1. B2C (Individual Learner) Refund Policy:

You are eligible for a full refund if requested same day of purchase and if no more than 10% of the course content has been accessed. To initiate a refund, email info@appcenn.com with your order ID and reason for the request.

2. Partial Refunds:

In cases where learners face technical issues that cannot be resolved within 72 hours, partial refunds may be approved at our discretion.

3. B2B (Corporate Clients) Refund Policy:

Refunds for bulk licenses or customized programs follow the terms outlined in the contract or SLA (Service Level Agreement). Typically, no refunds are issued after the start of a training cohort.

4. No Refund Scenarios:

  • If the course has been more than 10% accessed or completed

  • If course completion certificates have been issued

  • If the training is custom-designed or downloadable

  • If users fail to meet system requirements or attend scheduled sessions

5. Refund Process:

All refunds are processed to the original method of payment within 10–20 business days after approval. If payment was made through a corporate wallet or advance, the amount may be adjusted against future purchases.

6. Cancellation by AppCenn:

If AppCenn cancels a course due to low enrollment or technical constraints, full refunds will be issued within 5 business days.

7. Appeals:

If your refund request is denied and you wish to appeal, you may email the grievance officer at info@appcenn.com.
