Shipping Policy

1. Digital Delivery Process:

All our learning products, whether self-paced courses, live session links, downloadable files, or toolkits, are delivered digitally. Access is provided via email or your registered account on www.appcenn.com after successful payment verification.

2. Delivery Timeline:

Access to most content is granted immediately upon purchase. In rare cases of system delays, access will be provisioned within 1 hour. For customized B2B learning solutions, credentials are shared within 24–48 business hours.

3. Corporate Delivery Protocols:

If you represent a corporate client purchasing bulk access, we coordinate user mapping and account provisioning through your point-of-contact. A dedicated learning consultant is assigned to ensure smooth onboarding.

4. Access Confirmation:

You will receive a confirmation email containing course links and login credentials. In case you do not receive it, check your spam folder or contact hello@appcenn.com.

5. Resending Access:

If access credentials are lost or misplaced, we can resend them after verification. For security, this is only done once per request cycle.

6. Exceptions:

In case of server maintenance or upgrades, digital delivery may be briefly delayed. We will inform you via email and display notices on the homepage.

7. Course Hosting:

Courses may be hosted on AppCenn’s platform or reputable third-party LMSs (Learning Management Systems). Users must follow specific instructions to activate access on such systems.

8. No Physical Shipping:

We do not sell any physical products. If you receive a request claiming to offer physical material from AppCenn, report it to us immediately.
